How does the Pay-As-You-Go plan work?
Sign up for free, top up your balance in BZD, and pay only for the minutes you use. Rates vary by destination - check our rate table for details. There is no monthly fee, no minimum commitment, and no contract.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. We support number porting for most Belizean and Caribbean numbers. Contact our sales team to start the porting process - it typically takes 5-10 business days.
What codecs do you support?
We support G.711 (u-law and a-law), G.729, and Opus codecs. Opus provides the best quality for HD voice; G.711 is the most compatible with legacy equipment.
Is the service encrypted?
Yes. All connections support TLS for signaling and SRTP for media encryption. IP-based access control lists add an additional layer of security.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Outbound calls require a minimum balance of $2 BZD. If your balance drops below that, outbound calls will be blocked until you top up. Inbound calls continue to work.
Do you offer an API?
Yes. AIVO Connect includes a full REST API for managing SIP connections, phone numbers, and outbound voice profiles. API documentation is available in your dashboard after signup.
